יקריב אותו לרצונו מלמד שכופין אותו כו’. פי’ מי שרוצה עכ”פ להיות תחת עול מלכותו ית’. יכול לפעול גם כן שיכופו אותו מן השמים ג”כ אם רוצה בזה. כי הכל לפי רצון האדם:

“He will bring it on his own will” (Vayikra 1:3), The Gemara (Rosh Hashanah 6a) explains that this means that a person can be forced to bring his offering. (The Gemara explains that he is forced until he actually says “I want to bring it”). This means that a person who at the least wants to be under the yoke of the kingdom of HaShem, can take action that he will be forced from Heaven to be so, so long as he wills it. For everything is dependent on the will of a person.
