“Vayakhel and Pekudei.”

The Sefat Emet often reads the pairing of these parshiot as an inner spiritual movement: Vayakhel—gathering, unifying, drawing the scattered sparks into one collective heart; and Pekudei—accounting, discerning, and giving precise form to what has been gathered. The two together describe the full process of building the Mishkan within the soul: first unification, then clarification.

Summary: Vayakhel signifies inner unification, while Pekudei represents ordered clarification; together they express the spiritual construction of the inner Mishkan.
