ובמדרש ויתן לך אלקותו.

And in the Midrash on "And [Hashem] shall give you (ve'yiten lecha)" — [read as] "He shall give you His Godliness (Elokuso)."

The Midrash reads the blessing "ve'yiten lecha ha'Elokim" not merely as material gifts but as Hashem giving a person the ability to perceive His own Godliness.

פי' להיות איש ישראל מקבל אלקות מכל הדברים מטל השמים ומשמני הארץ ורוב דגן ותירוש.

The meaning is that a member of Bnei Yisrael should receive Godliness (Elokus) from all things — "from the dew of the heavens and the fatness of the earth and abundance of grain and wine" (Bereishis 27:28).

The real blessing is that the Jew should encounter Hashem's presence within every physical thing — the dew, the produce, the grain and wine — not just enjoy the things themselves.

כי כל מה שברא הקב"ה לכבודו ברא והברכה שימצא אדם אלקותו ית"ש בכל מקום.

For everything that the Holy One, Blessed is He, created, He created for His glory, and the blessing is that a person should find His Godliness, Yisborach, in every place.

Since all of creation exists to reveal Hashem's glory, the true berachah is the capacity to find Hashem everywhere, in every place and thing.

And this was fulfilled afterward at the giving of the Torah: "I am Hashem your God" (Shemos 20:2). This is the meaning of "and ha'Elokim shall give you" — for the Torah teaches, through the 613 mitzvos, to find His Godliness, Yisborach, in everything; and this is the essence of the blessing.

Yitzchak's blessing was ultimately realized at Sinai, where "Anochi Hashem" gave Bnei Yisrael Hashem Himself. The 613 mitzvos are the practical means by which the Torah trains a person to discover Hashem within every detail of life — and that is the true heart of the blessing.

Summary: The Sefas Emes reinterprets Yitzchak's blessing "ve'yiten lecha ha'Elokim" as a gift of Godliness itself: the ability of the Jew to find Hashem's presence within all physical things — dew, produce, grain, and wine — since all creation exists for His glory. This blessing was fully realized at Matan Torah with "Anochi Hashem," for the 613 mitzvos are the very means by which the Torah teaches a person to discover Hashem in everything, which is the essence of true berachah.
